Ahhhhhhhhh…. I opted for no rice so it was quite small. And I’m still full after only half. And a half hour later and I’ve only had two sips of wine.

I’ll check back in a week (at the latest) and see where I am in my eating habits.

I do have strong incentive to continue high raw…
