Weekend Noms


Breakfast:

  • Soy Delicious coconut milk yogurt
  • granola
  • 2 scoops of True Protein protein powder (gemma pea/rice blend)
  • sliced strawberries
  • COFFEEEEEE

Lunch:

  • Lemon pepper tempeh strips
  • Herb salad mix
  • Vegenaise
  • Whole wheat/high protein tortilla

Snackies:

  • spicy hummus
  • crackers
  • VINO!!
